Stephan Paroche and Justine Viano continue the adventure of La Table de Castigno.

These 2 chefs offer a four-hand cuisine, both local and Mediterranean. They passionately wish to please new palates and to pass on their knowledge.
Infatuated with local actors and their products,
they fall within the scope of the
“From farm to table process”.

In order to make you share our love for the region, we work with extra fresh, organic and local produce.
The team also has its own herb gardens at its disposal.




Seasonal Products


For the sake of proximity and harmony, our cuisine draws on what can presently be found on the market. It constantly evolves throughout the seasons, so it may happen that we offer limited quantities of certain products.



Food Regimes


We are also listening to you for special dietary requirements.

At la Table, we offer a children´s menu, with the intention to make the little ones really discover our kitchen by means of reduced portions. For any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Thursday lunch to Monday evening.
During July and August, we also welcome you on Tuesdays for lunch and dinner.
